Раньше выводил деньги по номеру карты, в последний раз пришел отказ. Добиться причину было невозможно, футболили на банк получателя, хотя те в свою очередь говорят, что не получали запросов от payoneer.
Проблема банальная, нужно было указать iban.
Тарифы вообще отдельная тема, сегодня рассчитался первый раз в магазине, комиссия сервиса 5%. Нет слов
