Special thanks to the administration, among which Ukrainians work, it is very nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two travelers. Breakfast exceeded all expectations - a huge range for every taste. Went for dinner, I was surprised by the number of visitors, almost full boarding, this says a lot. The small car park is the only mieus, but you can park along the road without any problems. Definitely recommend the hotel

Parking is possible only if you arrive during the day, and if you have already found a place, it is better not to leave. 2) Number. View of the construction, forge a maximum of 1.6, or even less, the ox in the shower drains outside. 3) Breakfast! This is my biggest disappointment. We came for breakfast 1.5 hours before the end, but there was almost nothing! 1 piece of sausage and cheese each, 2 croissants, 1 spoonful of fruit salad spread over a bowl... The hot dishes were cold, you can imagine, the sausages, bacon and scramble were cold... and the cost is 15.50 euros per person. I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel, its services do not match the rating and cost

Wir haben die Bestellung 10 Minuten zubereitet, die Pizza war nicht mit Hühnchen, sondern mit Schinken und war geschmacklos. Die Nudeln waren mit saurer Sauce und die Suppe war sehr fettig. Ich war überrascht, dass es viele Leute gab und sie wahrscheinlich diese Art von Küche mögen, aber wir waren nicht zufrieden.

I ordered something on the Creoven.eu site which did not include the part i thought it would. My mistake. The picture on the site suggested to me it was.
I correctly mailed Creoven about this, willing to trade and buy the item i needed, which is way more expensive than the item i ordered.
And like some people said, the costumerservice(all in the name) was not helpful or showed any sympathy towards me at all.
Their first kind of unfriendly reaction was only about my mistaken order and not about the questions i asked.
The second wasn't either but included a link to their site with the right item. Of course i already knew this!!
The third were only 3 words as response without a name..uhh..you don't take costumers seriously?
It seems like these people are maybe too young to understand the problems of clients and deal with them, or solve them in a professional way and mistake these thing with moaning?
Also reactions from Creoven to some review writers on sites i found have these same childish touch.
Good thing for me my loss with Creoven is just a small amount but principle moved me to share this with others in a review.
