Зробила замовлення книг на Balka Book для сина. Обирала опцію "не телефонувати" і зробила велику помилку - книна прийшла не українсько/ мовою, а англійською. Другий день намагаюся додзвонитися на зворотній номер, але "всі оператори зайняті"... І як вирішувати це питання - не знаю...
